The MAC and IP addresses of your equipment will be useful in a moment when we look at ways to detect whether or not someone is stealing your WiFi. If you're confused by some of this computer rhetoric, don't be. What's important is that you know what to look for when we get ready to diagnose your WiFi connection. Speaking of which, let's get to it in the next section. After all, that's what you came here for.

Detecting Wireless Piggybacking

Okay, it's time to get down to it. Is your wireless network running slowly? Do you have intermittent losses in Internet access and you can't figure out why? Chances are, you've already detected a WiFi squatter and didn't even know it. If you regularly experience these problems, maybe you have something wrong with your wireless connection. But if you're suddenly having intermittent problems with your Internet performance, especially at the same time each day, it's a red flag that someone is piggybacking off your wireless connection and it's time for you to diagnose your WiFi network.

The first and simplest thing you can do is check out your wireless network connection and see if it's secure. When you install your router, you're given the option of setting a wireless encryption protocol (WEP) key. Basically this is a password-protected method for you to log on to your own wireless network. If you don't have one, you're operating an open network. That means anyone within range can use your wireless for free. While it's not hacking, it is debatable as to whether this is actually stealing. In any case, if you don't have a WEP key, you're vulnerable to WiFi squatting and certainly not deterring squatters.

Even if you have a WEP key, that doesn't necessarily mean your neighbor hasn't bypassed it. To determine if he or she is logging onto your wireless network, you can do so by checking your wireless network log. The exact steps vary depending on your computer's operating system, but in general, if you look at your network and see more devices connected than you have allowed on your network, you have WiFi thieves.

A similar method to determining the status of your WiFi user list is to check your router's DHCP client table. Much like viewing your network, your DHCP client table will list the machines on your network. If the number exceeds what you've set up, you have someone stealing your WiFi.

Nobody wants to be taken advantage of. What's more, you certainly don't want illegal information flowing through your wireless network. That's why you need to take matters in your own hands. The final section will give you the power to thwart off Internet thieves and protect your wireless connection. Are you ready to fight back?.

Stopping Digital Thieves

A WEP key is an absolute must for any wireless network; however, even those are vulnerable. While WEP protection will stop the guy parking in front of your house, it may not stop a more determined user like your neighbor. In that case, you can use a security protocol such as WiFi protected access (WPA); or even better the newer WPA2. This route is more secure but can still be hacked by a determined WiFi thief; though again WPA2 will make this a lot more difficult.

You can also use manual DHCP assignment. To do this, simply set your router's DHCP to the manual setting and enter in each of your computer's physical addresses. This will restrict your network to allow only those computers recognized by the router.

If the manual DHCP route isn't comfortable for your level of computer expertise, you may want to consider generating a MAC access list which usually can be created through the browser interface of the router. Unfortunately, MAC address lists can also be bypassed by savvy WiFi thieves; nevertheless, when used in conjunction with other security methods, they're probably enough on a small home network.

Internet monitoring software is also a viable option. Monitoring software will walk you through some of these methods and is user friendly for those who aren't as comfortable setting up wireless security methods. In addition, monitoring software makes it easy to see what is going on with your wireless connection. Your WiFi router may have some built-in software that will help you monitor your network. Explore the user guide and help section to see if there's a built-in application that will help.

Finally, turn off your router's SSID broadcasting. This effectively makes your network invisible. It's much harder to steal WiFi from a network that doesn't appear on anyone's radar.

Next time you suspect WiFi theft, peek out the front window and see if an unfamiliar car is parked in front of or close to your home. If so, you'll probably find someone in the car sapping your Internet. It sounds simple, but it could be just that easy to determine if someone is stealing your WiFi

However, Google Docs is probably the most authentic and reliable way of embedding the PDF documents in a website. Therefore, today in this article, we will show you How to Embed PDFs or any other documents in Blogger Blog Posts.

First, go to https://drive.google.com and Sign in into your Gmail or Google account so that you have the admin privilege to the documents that would upload from your system hard drive. 

After signing in to your Google account, the next thing is to upload a PDF file from your system hard drive. On pressing the upload icon from the left side panel a drop down menu will pop out which would consist of two options i.e. File and Folder. Just select “File” and head to the next step.

 

On pressing the open button a small upload wizard would appear on the right side of your screen. It usually takes a minute or two to upload, but it entirely depends upon the size of your file and the speed of your internet connection.

Once uploading is finished, click on the file name and it will take you to a new page. Before, you can embed the document you have to change the permission of the file to the public. Thus, select the share button displaying at the top right corner of your screen and change the permission of the file from private to open.   

Press change, and select “public on the web” so anyone on the Internet can find and access. No sign-in required. Finally, press the Save button to conclude the wizard. For detailed instructions, check out the following screenshot.

 

After changing the permission settings, now it’s time to grab the embed code. From the quick access tool bar select File >> Embed this PDF file. Now a new window will appear which would provide you the Embed code, copy the whole code and proceed to the next step.

 

After copying the code go to Blogger.com >> Create a new Post >> Select HTML Tab, and paste the code where you would like to see the document to appear. Now within the code that you pasted few moments a go search for /preview and replace it with /edit?usp=sharing. Now publish your article, and that’s it. See the following screenshot.

 

Be default the width of the document is set to 640 pixels while the height is set to 480 pixels. You can reduce the width and height according to your needs. You should now see a PDF attached to your blog posts along with some significant options like download and etc.

Login to your account and click ‘verification’ option. Now a window having ‘Overview’ written on the top will open. Here Click on Credit Card Validation’.

A window will open now where you will have to enter all of your credit card information including your first and last name, card number, expiration date, CSV or CVV number and billing address and click next. A window of terms and condition will open now, check the option given at the bottom of the window and click submit.

Now click on ‘manage card’ option. A window, having header ‘Credit Card Summary’, will open. Click on ‘Validate card’. Now if you have money in your account click on ‘Validate by charge option’ on the next window. This will charge you less than 200 PKR. On the next window enter CSV/CVV code given at the back of your card. The last window which will appear will ask for your permission to do the transaction. Check the box at the bottom and click next.

Within 4 working days you can check your account statement and enter the exact amount, which payza charged and your account will be verified.

The Visa/Debit Card is now very easy to get in Pakistan, you can use the ATM card of UBL as “Debit Visa Card” for online transactions or online payments. And Standard Chartered Bank in Pakistan also allows you to have a Debit Card if you have account with them. You will get an approval email from Payoneer after 4-5 days indicating the number of days required for shipment of your Payoneer card. After getting Payoneer Debit card, a verification of your Payoneer account will required and you can easily do that by providing the scanned documents like National ID card or driver license etc.

Apply for U.S Payment Service

In order to receive payments from US companies including Amazon, PayPal Inc., AOL, Facebook Inc, Digital River Inc., ClickBank, etc you will have to apply for Payoneer US payment service. Login to your Payoneer account and on receive money tab, click on the US Payment service button. After filling the form with required details, submit it. You will get an email within a week indicating that you can now use Payoneer US payment service.

You will also get Bank routing number and Bank Account number for receiving payments.  These details will be used further to verify PayPal account.
Remember that your Payoneer account will opened in 1stCentury Bank of USA.

Linking Payoneer Card with PayPal

Now finally it’s time to link PayPal account with your Payoneer debit card for verification of PayPal account. Login to Your PayPal account and click on get verified link. You will be required to enter your bank account detailsincluding routing number and Bank account number. Get these details from Payoneer U.S payment service and finally link your Payoneer debit card with PayPal account. Note that PayPal deducts a verification fee of 1.5 Euro from your Payoneer debit card. So, you must have a minimum of 5$ in your Payoneer account for PayPal account verification.

You can add funds to your Payoneer card using your other Visa or Master Cards. If you have some dollars in unverified PayPal account then withdraw those to your Payoneer Bank account by providing Payoneer Bank details. After 3-4 days your Payoneer card will be loaded and you will be able to attach Payoneer debit card with PayPal.
If you get error like:

“This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card.” 

Then either you have entered incorrect details or routing number etc. Or your Payoneer Debit Card is empty and PayPal is unable to deduct the verification fee.
Get your PayPal account Verified after successful linking of PayPal account with Payoneer Card.

Withdraw PayPal Funds Using Payoneer Debit Card

After getting verified paypal account, you will be able to withdraw all your PayPal funds directly to Payoneer Debit Card. Click on the with draw funds tab from your PayPal account and select Payoneer Master card to withdraw funds to your US bank account.
After 3-4 days your PayPal funds will be transferred to Payoneer Bank Account and you can withdraw payment using any ATM machine supporting Mastercard. Payoneer debit Card is supported worldwide and you can withdraw funds easily from anywhere and you will get cash in your local currency.

If you are residing in Pakistan then I will recommend you to choose Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) to withdraw PayPal funds using Payoneer Master Card. Standard Charted Bank (SCB) , Faysal Bank and Citibank also accept Payoneer mastercard in Pakistan.

Payoneer Debit Card Fees:

There are also some fees that are subjected for withdrawing funds using Payoneer Debit Card. For new Payoneer users, here I am providing the details of fees.

Card Activation Fee:

$29.95 is one time card activation Fee.

Withdrawl Fees:

• $2.15 – successful ATM transaction.
• 1$ per failed ATM transaction.
• 3% – Currency Exchange Fee.

Loading Fees:

• 1.00% (of loaded amount) – Transfer from Checking or savings Account.
• 3.75% (of loaded amount) – Transfer from Visa or Master Card.

If you belong to a PayPal unsupported country and want to get a verified PayPal account, you can get it done using Payoneer’s US Payment Service. To verify your PayPal account, you need a Payoneer account with US Payment Service enabled for it. If you still don’t have a Payoneer account, get a Payoneer account now. If you have already an approved Payoneer account, follow below steps to get your PayPal verified using Payoneer’s US Payment Service.

Verify PayPal Using Payoneer US Payment Service

• Sign-in to your Payoneer account and navigate to US Payment Service under Receive Money tab

• On US Payment Service page, scroll down to bottom where you will see the routing number and account number which US Payment Service has provided you

• Note down these two numbers or let this page open and open your unverified PayPal account in another tab or window
• In your PayPal dashboard, you will see the status of your account as “Unverfied“. Click “Get Verified” link

• In next page, select “Add Bank Account” option and then provide the routing number and account number which you have noted from US Payment Service’s page in your Payoneer account and click “Continue“

• After linking your account number with PayPal, wait for 2 or 3 days
• PayPal will make two test transactions to your Payoneer account within two or three days. You will receive an email notification from Payoneer when the test money is received in your account
• Go to your Payoneer account and note down the two amounts which PayPal has sent you

• Now go back to your PayPal account and again follow “Get Verified” link
• In appeared screen, select “Confirm Bank Account” option

• Enter the test amounts which PayPal has sent on your Payoneer account and click “Submit“

Now your PayPal account is verified. To take advantage of full features of PayPal, don’t forget to link your Payoneer Mastercard with your PayPal account. Before linking the card, ensure that your Payoneer card has a few dollars ($4-$5) loaded to it. Otherwise you will fail to link the card as PayPal deducts a small test amount from the card while linking process.
